DC Black Film Festival Submissions -2023

The DC Black Film Festival is calling for submissions starting February 1, 2023. The festival welcomes Narrative Features, Documentary Features, Shorts, Web Series, Animation, Experimental, Student Films, and Children’s Films. The deadlines for submission range from February 28th (early bird) to May 20th (extended). All films must have at least one above-the-line crew member of African descent.
